FAQ's
Yes, all of our trips are available on payment plans. Just click book now and it will show the payment plan.
International flights are not included. The airport you will fly into will be San Jose International Airport, Mexico - and we recommend arriving a day or two earlier to avoid any flight disruptions. We will collect you from the airport and roadtrip together to La Ventana!
Yes, we can cater to all dietary requirements. Just give us plenty of notice so we can notify the resort.
We strongly encourage guests coming on this particular expedition to be confident swimmers and snorkelers. We will be in deep, open ocean water swimming with whales so a certain level of fitness and swimming experience is required. Sometimes sea's can be rough, big swells and chaotic, so for your best interest we encourage you to pick another one of our destinations to gain confidence in the water if you are not quite there yet :)
Orca encounters are a privilege, while La Ventara is one of the best and few places in the world you can legally swim with them, we cannot make any guarentee's, as the ocean makes her own choices. Our guides will always prioritise the animals wellbeing, and if/when the moment is right, it will be an unforgettable experience. If it doesn't happen, you will certainly have an incredible time with other incredible potential encounters; mobula rays, dolphins, sea lions, blue whales
